Insurance & Fees
Please contact me to inquire about your insurance in more detail. I will verify your benefits and will let you know if you have any co-pays, deductibles or coinsurance. If after reviewing your benefits it is determined that I are not in-network with your specific insurance plan, I can look to utilize your out-of-network benefits if you have them or we will discuss sliding scale/self-pay rates.
For Out-of-Network insurance, I can provide you with all the necessary information you may need to receive your out-of-network insurance reimbursement. Clients who receive out-of-network benefits are typically reimbursed between 50% - 85% of the counseling fee.
For clients with no health insurance, or choose to not use health insurance, I provide a reasonable out-of-pocket fee.
All major credit/debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and HSA/FSA cards are accepted for payment.
